Ess-Que-El or Sey-Kwal? No matter how you pronounce it, there are certain reasons why people do (not) choose for the use of SQL as a Query Language, SQL Databases and SQL-based platforms. We will guide you through time when all platforms where SQL based, to the recent cloud-based platforms (such as Azure) and explain the latest trends (such as dbt) and applications (such as Microsoft Fabric). Watch out for the Python 🐍 in the garden of Eve during this session!
